[NETVERSE · 2026-01-24 00:31:41 UTC]: Hi Maxime,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for your interest in Raychel! We're thrilled that you're excited about the project and its integration with Claude.
To answer your question about videos: we are actively preparing more video content, including detailed reviews from third-party media. These will be shared soon. In the meantime, you can get a great sneak peek of the experience from a community member's , unboxing video preview on Reddit:

Regarding the timeline, bringing Raychel to life has been an incredible journey. The entire creation process from prototype to mass production took us 6 to 9 months of dedicated work. We are documenting this memorable experience and will be sharing behind-the-scenes looks, sketches, and milestones on our Pinterest board:

We appreciate your support as we get closer to delivery. Stay tuned for more updates!

[Maxime Horry · 2026-01-24 07:05:10 UTC]: Hi Netverse, Raychel :),
The concept of an 'emotional companion' with an adaptive personality remains to be proven. Many AI products promise this but don't really deliver.
The concept is appealing on paper. I particularly appreciate the 'privacy-first' approach and the ambition to create an alarm clock that understands context rather than simply being a voice assistant. The use of non-visual detection technologies for a bedroom device is relevant.
MmWave sleep radars exist (see Withings), but accuracy remains debated compared to medical wearables.
I would be delighted to follow the project's progress on your Kickstarter page as well, adding behind-the-scenes images, sketches, key milestones, and YouTube videos. Unfortunately, I've only seen one 6-minute video without wires. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Maxime
[Maxime Horry · 2026-01-24 07:14:59 UTC]: Furthermore, when I invest in small projects that are struggling to get off the ground, I need transparency, let me explain. Your company was founded in 2021, but on your website, I only see the Raychel project. No portfolio of previous products. No reference to other XR/AR projects. No visible history since 2021. No detailed 'About' page with the team. No client case studies or previous projects. Would it be possible to add more transparency so I can be sure the project will succeed? Thank you.
Best Regards,
Maxime
[NETVERSE · 2026-01-24 09:40:06 UTC]: Thank you for raising this important point about transparency. You are correct that the NETVERSE vision was born in 2021. The founding team, comprised of scientists and engineers, has been focused on R&D in XR and robotics since then. Our work prior to Raychel included early-stage XR hardware prototypes and B2B robotics projects, which were not publicly released.
Raychel is a new consumer-focused company founded by this same core team of scientists and designers, channeling years of research into creating meaningful products. We are currently preparing more detailed background information, team profiles, and project milestones to share on our channels.
We greatly appreciate your interest and scrutiny. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us communicate our story more clearly to our community.
Best regards,
The NETVERSE Team
[NETVERSE · 2026-01-24 09:53:20 UTC]: We sincerely hope to make our technology accessible to more users. That’s why we designed a practical, tool-based product—an alarm clock—rather than a visual robot ($1000) or a smart sleep lamp ($400). Despite using the same core technology and even greater R&D investment, we chose to start with a simple, meaningful product.
Our goal is to begin small, grow step by step toward our vision, and co-create with our early supporters. The design process has been long and dedicated, with over 500M of design files, and we are currently applying for awards such as the Red Dot Design Award. We will continue to share our journey with you along the way.
[NETVERSE · 2026-01-24 10:03:34 UTC]: Technical issues and updates will be shared in our community. Stay tuned at:

[Maxime Horry · 2026-01-24 10:40:35 UTC]: Thank you for your prompt response. I would indeed like to have some answers before the funding deadline on the Kickstarter page (important for the backer community), an explanation of your milestones and steps, the 500MB of design files—okay, if we can know more, that's perfect—and to apply for the Red Dot Award, to send YouTube videos. And one last thing: a presentation of CHEE, the creator, perhaps on his LinkedIn page
